An important question to be answered is whether any provision in the Citizenship Act stating that a person can lose their citizenship, is lawful. It may be invalid because the Constitution states in Sec.20 that "(No) citizen shall be deprived of citizenship". Perhaps this is a question that will end up in the Constitutional Court? Remember - Sec.2 of the Constitution states that "(T)his Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic; law or conduct inconsistent with it is invalid, and obligations imposed by it must be fulfilled".
